You’re right. Racism is a tough drug to quit. To quit, it starts with recognizing one’s own racism. Sure, some racists know and are even proud of their racism. But most racists don’t know or understand how racist they themselves actually are. They think “Well I’M not racist!” and then think voting for the racist candidate is unrelated.

I think most Donvict voters fall into two camps regarding racism: 1) They’re too naive to recognize that donOLD was/is a racist or 2) They don’t recognize their own racism. There’s a minority of them that are knowingly or blatantly racist.

A plurality of voters in our outdated First Past the Post election chose this. This is the primary causation. Too many voters stayed home and too many swing voters wanting change were too easily misled by the Conman. Misled because they didn’t understand tariffs, among a bunch of other things (fascism, wokeness, etc.).

But to your point, the States are learning the hard way despite the words and actions of voters like me.

He paid someone else to write and read it for him and to tell him how it’s the best. Mission accomplished! It’s just a mystery as to why the deals aren’t piling up and likely Biden’s fault.

I simply mean that taxes should be implemented by the legislative branch and not the executive branch, as stated in the Constitution and as stated as a grievance in the Declaration of Independence. This was a war cry of the American Revolution that the current majority in Congress have abandoned.

50% is still too much. Where there’s no plan associated with the tariffs, these tariffs are taxation without representation. Shame on Republican Senators and Congressmen for their silence and not speaking out LOUDLY on this. These ridiculous taxes are as much their fault as the Donvict’s.

80% is still unacceptable. Shame on Republican Senators and Congressmen who stand back in silence while this Tyranical Insane TAXATION continues. Whatever happened to Republicans being against ridiculous taxes? RINOs!

I work with tariffs daily but there are tons of people who are clueless. I think if you quiz the average person on the street and ask them how tariffs work, most of them will fail to define it correctly. A surprisingly large number don’t know it’s a tax on the importer. A surprisingly large number don’t even know it’s a type of tax.

Bonus Fact: Gov. Cox posed with Donvict Dementia last year at Arlington National Cemetery to campaign for votes over dead vets, endorsing donOLD Krasnov. Cox apologized for the vet desecration stunt, but not for endorsing the Tax Tariff Troll. Now kids have to get fluoride in other ways as the government chisels away at the things that actually make Utah great.

Thank you for running these, Canada! Too many of my fellow Americans are clueless about tariffs and how they are taxes that Americans pay. While the MAGA cultists are lost, there are many others who would have voted against Donvict Dementia if they knew what a tariff was back in October/November 2024. It helps now too because Republican Senators like Mike Lee and John Curtis need to be pressured to impeach donOLD Krasnov, for the benefit of both the States as well as our dear Canadian friends. It’s appalling to see Republicans who pretend to be against unnecessary taxes supporting or standing silent on an issue that Republicans used to be solidly AGAINST.
